Backfill old matches using seqnum API

We currently can't backfill on demand since GetMatchDetails is down.

Backfill a range of older matches using seq num API to have more complete data. Ability build data is no longer available for these matches (appears to expire after about 2 months)

Start at: 5000000000 (April 2021)

We should be complete after about 6400000000 (Feb 2024)

4000000000 (May 2019)

Each match is about 1.2kb compressed (without ability data). With ability data it's about 3.7kb per match
