Wondering if someone could advise if this is a bug, or user error on my part.

I have a VU+ Duo 4K SE, a Solo 4K and a Solo 2 - all pretty much configured identically, but for some reason I am getting SMB media/file playback issues on the Duo 4K SE, anywhere from 2 minutes to an hour into the file the video image will freeze, I then have to stop the file and re-play it. The SMB share(s) are located on a Windows server (2025) box hosted on the local LAN, but the issue also occured previously with older versions of Windows Server, as such I don't think it's the server.

I have had this issue for a few years on the Duo 4K SE, exactly same config/version of other OA distro's (I normally use Openvix) on my Solo 4K and Solo 2 box's and the media/file will play fine with no issues over SMB/network.

If I copy a 'problematic' media file to the local SSD/HDD on the Duo 4K SE the issue does not occur, it will play the file from local stroage in it's entirety with no issues, leading me to believe it's not a hardware issue.

I even bought another Duo 4K SE thinking it was my original Duo 4K SE which was at fault, but the same issue is happening on my 2nd Duo 4K SE.

I have installed/tested various OA based distro's (OpenATV, OpenBH) believing it was an issue with Openvix - but the same issue is happening in the other distro's, which leads me to believe it's possibly a OE level bug ?

Am happy to upload log files or conduct tests if needed, thank you for taking the time to look into this - it's very much appreciated.
