Enable custom hotkey and custom app list #16

Potential Solutions:

Allow the users to bind a custom hotkey based on their preferences instead of using ctrl+alt+L
Allow app list to be stored inside the config file to customise apps (ex calculator)

Though https://github.com/okkosh/FN-key-lock/releases/tag/v1.0b release already allows a user to bind any FN key with any app but,
this will give us more flexibility
