The application doesn't start on my Windows 10 machine. So I have the same issue. |
Same issue here, everything was working fine before I installed the latest update. |
@ferbarra2207 which version was working fine? |
Hi! same issue here, did anyone manage to get ir started? |
@Mostomostomosto which version are you using ? |
I have to apologize to everyone. I haven't used Koala in a while because I haven't needed it, so I don't remember if or how I dealt with the issue. |
here's the thing, when koala is minimized it won't open again I don't know why but I've figured out a way to open it, go to task manager and end all koala background processes and then try open koala again... |
Thanks man it really works !! |
when you minimize koala app, that time if you click taskbar icon (left side), it will not open. but on the right side, where wifi and sound icon is there, there's a small koala icon will appear after you minimize. from there u can open. |
thank you @Phe0nix |
Thank you! I could re-open my app @Phe0nix |
thanks you so much |
On two different windows machines I have downloaded Koala and everything worked fine. It opened automatically and I was working on it, but less than a minute later, in both cases, it disappeared from my screen and every time I clicked the icon (on the desktop, in the start menu, or in the program folder) nothing happened at all. The start menu went away, like it does, so the click was acknowledged.
In both cases, I tried downloading it again, although at home on my laptop, I tried to uninstall it first (it wouldn't completely uninstall bc there were "files open" in it, which I assume were the files that I was working on. When I install the second time, it never opens in the first place
