One student can create multiple tickets (one per assignment)
For each ticket...
the student can put their name, email address, student id, ta and assignment name (just like the existing regrade google form, or maybe they don't have to since it'd already be linked to their ok?)
the student can see how long ago the ticket was created
the student can see the status of the ticket (in queue / done)
the student can check one reason for regrade (common ones like "effort grade" or "partner not added" shown as multiple choice) and a place for them to specify the issue if they want
(maybe) student can inquire about an existing ticket (imagine it'd mostly be about the approximate date)
The staff responding to the regrade can respond directly from tickets (instead of having to go to type emails on a separate tab)
