Define tokens [2/2]

Once a naming convention is set, we should create an exhaustive list of tokens for all Odyssey components and selective base items.
Give special consideration to defining a private variable as opposed to making everything a CSS custom prop.

Deliverable(s)

• Document the relationship between Sass variables and CSS custom properties
• A spreadsheet which contains the following fields for all tokens
  • Name
  • Description
  • Value (the “base” unit)
  • Is the design token able to be themed?
