Prototype theming implementation in Docs Site [2/2]

With Odyssey now supporting a Style API/Theming interface, we should update vuepress-theme-odyssey to allow leverage the implementation as we expect a product would.

Deliverable(s)

• Implement theming within vuepress-theme-odyssey which is entirely built with the Odyssey Style API. The purpose of this implementation is to test the Style API. “It doesn't need to look good, it only needs to work”. Consider the following items:
  • Proof of Concept: Alternate "theme" with Dark "mode"
• Document process, for use in docs site, Confluence and/or Storybook (TBD)
