Why has my PR #6354 been open for almost 2 months? It hasn't been closed and apparently isn't going to be accepted. I added a pretty handy new extensions API while backwards compatible with the old one, it works fine for me. In that time there has been a new release and many other PRs have been accepted or closed? But why has mine and many other PRs been open for a long time?
