No Duplicates Issue

I'm sure I've searched on the issue tracker before creating one.

Expected Behavior?

Everything gonna be normal

Current Behavior?

I erased all settings and after that all apps was in waiting like this also some users had the same issue here

Possible Solution?

Install Misaka and replace photos app but its only working for 16.1.2 and below cuz of mdc

Steps to Reproduce

not sure about that but after I erased all settings I was not able to download any apple app from app store but other apps can be downloaded
