Sideloading Safari Extention ipa

No Duplicates Issue

• I'm sure I've searched on the issue tracker before creating one.

Expected Behavior?

i expected the ipa to be working and show up in settings in the safari extention tab but nothing is there when i check

Current Behavior?

when you install a safari extention ipa, its meant to show up in the settings safari extention tab for the settings of turning it on or off but nothing shows up,

Possible Solution?

-i seen people on reddit talk about a safari entitelment or something like that but im not sure
