Failing Behat test - guest_access.feature

Hi, the test stated above is failing.

Environment details:
MySQL 5.7
PHP 7.4
Moodle latest MOODLE_400_STABLE

Error details:
Scenario: Teacher can enable and disable guest access for a Collaborate instance
And I navigate to "Edit settings" in current page administration: Link "Edit settings" in the current page edit menu" not found. (Behat\Mink\Exception\ElementNotFoundException)

Scenario: Teacher can create Collaborate instance with Collaborate guest role default of "Presenter"
And I navigate to "Edit settings" in current page administration: Link "Edit settings" in the current page edit menu" not found. (Behat\Mink\Exception\ElementNotFoundException)

Scenario: Teacher select Collaborate guest role for a Collaborate instance
