Instrumentation to track Navigation changes for React Native applications

Is your instrumentation request related to a problem?

It's part of an initiative my team has related to the React Native ecosystem and the fact there is nothing in the market plug and play that can be used to create telemetry data and it is not attached to a particular product.

There is a request created into the opentelemetry-js repository asking about support for it and we noticed people in Stack Overflow interested in something similar.

I already created a PR covering a new instrumentation library that supports React Native and track UI views.

Is it applicable for Node or Browser or both?

It's meant to be used in a mobile environment where at least Node can run (like Hermes, a JavaScript engine optimized for React Native).
