@shandongfx @arw36 keep an "Opportunistic Database of Biodiversity Databases" (ODBD)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qsK1MNLsi-QjK9VptgeV2HfrB7mWUVxjZdaj_P9Qs-Y/edit#gid=975168115

I suspect that some of these might overlap with trait datasets registered with the open trait network https://opentraits.org/datasets .

Suggest to explore ways to link into ODBD from opentraits.org .

Thanks for the suggestion--I just added it to ODD (or ODBD), of which I am the co-manager and creator. And yes, I have not attempted to parse which databases are aggregated by others, aside from noting if a database is an "aggregator" or not, so I'm sure some OTN databases are listed in ODD, too.

I'm not an official member of OTN, so I can't address the other aspects, but thanks for the ping!

PS If you have suggestions for ODD, please leave them in the spreadsheet (I get pinged) or email me (address in ODD), as I won't get notified here. I just happened to see this.
