The repository currently lacks both a CONTRIBUTING.md file and a Code of Conduct.md file.
Having a CONTRIBUTING.md file is essential as it guides potential contributors on how to engage effectively with the project, outlining contribution guidelines, coding standards, and pull request procedures.
Similarly, a Code of Conduct.md file is crucial for establishing clear behavioral standards, promoting inclusivity, preventing misconduct, ensuring accountability, and cultivating a positive environment.

Please assign this issue to me for GSSOC'24.
