This goes to a page that says "neomutt from openSUSE:Factory project" (is this right?? shouldn't it be Tumbleweed?)
Click "Grab binary packages directly"
Click the "neomutt-20241212-2.1.x86_64.rpm" download button (or any other one)

Other info: the neomutt package has just been reverted in Factory from version 20250109 (broken, see thread for context) to version 20241212. It is possible that this is related to the issue.
