[Assistant type item missing] In the conversation.updated callback function, the item with role of 'assistant' always didn't get returned.

In this demo, Sometimes, I asked some questions to AI during the conversation but didn't get any assistant responses.
Is it a problem with socket server, it seems not stable as expected.
