Problem statement

Currently unable to see performance of agents incl. Registrar, Registration Agent so there is no way of holding them accountable for their actions or understanding what support they might need to improve.

Users have no way of easily assessing their own performance so that can see where they can improve and see how their peers are performing

Proposed work

• Add user performance metrics to User Audit

• A Performance Man
