In Field Agents page of Performance, Registration Agent gets error & Registrar sees incorrect list.

Bug description:
When trying to see the records created by field agents in Performance,

• RA gets error while loading the page.
• Registrar sees incorrect list of user including non-field agent users.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as RA/ registrar.
2. Navigate to Performance page of any district office.
3. In the 'Sources of registrations' section, click on 'view' beside 'Field agents'.
4. Observe.
5. Register any record that was started by any field agent.
6. Observe the count for field agent in 'Sources of registration'.

Actual result:

• RA gets error while loading the page.
• Registrar sees incorrect list of user including non-field agent users.

Expected result:
The page should be loaded and correct list of field agents should be displayed.
