Clean up old pipelines from Github views

Description

Seeing we have some pipelines like this that are not in use anymore, I wonder if these could be cleaned up from the UI somehow

Tasks

• Create a list of pipelines that have not been ran in over 2 months
• Clean up the unused actions from core, countryconfig, farajaland and e2e repositories
• Research if some pipelines could only exist in core and be referenced from there in the country config / farajaland / e2e repositories
