We got the final designs of the Marriage form

We need to add a new form for Marriage that follows the design on the excel sheet.

Tech tasks:

• Build the form UI to follow the excel form design
• Create the request schema for the create endpoint to include all the fields
• Create the mongo model to include the new fields
• Create the marraigeRepository service
