How to reproduce:

Start creating new Birth Declaration
Fill in a valid Date of birth to mothers details
DONT press 'Exact date of birth unknown'
Continue to review page

Now the 'Exact date of birth unknown' shows a 'Required for registration' error.

Make sure to fix the e2e tests after fixing this
