Currently the review page doesn't support custom formats for form field outputs.

Todo:

Implement support for configurable customized output formats on review page
Update countryconfig so that full name row is displayed (instead of separate first name and last name rows)
Update countryconfig so that 'age of person' shows ' years' instead of just ''
Fix e2e tests to check for these
