NPC Dialogue to English?

I want to play this offline with my Son and I can get by reading hangul but he can't. I've changed the Script table in the database to no avail, can't find anything in the server or client files on where to change the text. I'm happy to put the work in to translate just not sure where to start.

I'll leave this question here for information. There is a file in Data/Info called String that you need to replace with an english version. The Strings part of the database is unused I guess.
