Description

• Quarantining some tests
• Adding Force click to workaround button is being located by Cypress but clicking is not working in automation cypress-io/cypress#29223

How Has This Been Tested?

• Multiple times on the Jenkins pipelines, we're down to 1 failure now (previously 7)

• None - this PR stabilises e2e Tests
