"documentation" not an allowed resource_type

Harvesting the DATASUD CKAN API, we noticed that resources declared with the parameter "resource_type"="documentation" don't get harvested.

Example :

• in next.data.gouv.fr : https://next.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/parcs-naturels-regionaux-de-la-region-sud/
• in trouver.datasud.fr : https://trouver.datasud.fr/dataset/parcs-naturels-regionaux-de-la-region-sud
• in datasud ckan api : https://trouver.datasud.fr/api/3/action/package_show?id=parcs-naturels-regionaux-de-la-region-sud

We make a clear distinction between know resource types and allowed resource types. Is there a particular reason we exclude documentation @noirbizarre?
