Bower install seems to have been deprecated but the ansible roles still depend on it.

As you can see here: https://github.com/edx/configuration/blob/open-release/ginkgo.1/playbooks/roles/insights/tasks/main.yml#L66

The insights playbook from the Ginkgo open release still tries to install the bower components, but there's no bower.json file for it to install from.

@drcongo I have same issue as you, and I tried to comment that part from playbook but the insights just breaks on another place -.- I don't know if this playbook can be run without more changes to playbook or analytics code

I have found the issue, the ansible insights repo was set to master so it fetched broken code changes
