Parent Issue: openedx-unsupported/devstack#943

Dockerfile in edx-platform recently got adjusted for 2U sandbox deployment, we might need some modifications for our devstack images.

We want to create

  • Separate images for both LMS and Studio.
  • A workflow to push both docker images on Dockerhub

@iamsobanjaved just an FYI, while I and @alangsto were working on sandbox deployment under, we also ensured that the image works with devstack. We tested the image by running it in Devstack. We tested by importing the demo course.
