Even when a person is on the modules page that they clicked on from the top of the page. They will think the bottom of the page is the same link and it is not. It has the same name so why click on it? Changing the title will inform the user that there are additional modules not listed on the page they are currently viewing and give people a chance to discover other options.
Jerry, this is like naming the event to specify that it is for Quest only and not all labs.

We should fix the Modules link in the footer to go to the correct modules page: https://www.open-emr.org/modules

Trying to steer folks to the official modules and keep the website pattern (ie. footer text/links same as menu text/links).
