FURL's wasn't automatically created, then you deleted alias, only then you create a document or container.
The options frendly_alias_urls, automatic_alias is set to Yes, friendly_alias_translit tried noaccents and russian and .htaccess is present.
Version of MODx, is 2.0.8-pl, of translit is 1.0.0 beta
