As the skill is not yet available to be automatically be installed - i am installing it manually but running into issues...

My mycroft installations throws an error telling me the rapidfuzz module cannot be found - weird thing is, during the pip install command from the readme it tells me it installed rapidfuzz - any idea why this happens?
