  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Action dessant/lock-threads@v4 due to bad credentials. The issue was resolved by ensuring the correct GitHub token is used for authentication in the workflow file.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the GitHub Actions workflow file that triggers the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.
• Added or updated the github-token input in the step running the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. The github-token is set to ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}, which is a built-in secret provided by GitHub for authenticating actions in workflows.
• If necessary, a new personal access token with the required permissions was created and added as a secret in the repository settings. This secret is then used in the workflow file instead of GITHUB_TOKEN.

These changes should ensure that the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action has the necessary permissions to execute successfully, thus resolving the issue of the failing GitHub Action.
