Description:

The current ISSUE TEMPLATE on our GitHub repository appears to be malfunctioning. When attempting to use it to report an issue, it fails to provide the necessary structure or fields for a comprehensive problem description.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the "Issues" section of our GitHub repository.
  2. Click on the "New Issue" button.
  3. Select the existing ISSUE TEMPLATE.
  4. Fill out the template fields as required.
  5. Submit the issue.

Expected Behavior:

The ISSUE TEMPLATE should guide users through providing essential information about the problem they are encountering. This includes sections for a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, expected behavior, actual behavior observed, and any additional context or screenshots.

Actual Behavior:

Upon attempting to use the existing ISSUE TEMPLATE, users find that it does not provide the expected structure or fields. Instead, it may lack essential sections or fail to prompt users for critical information.

Additional Information:

This issue affects our repository's ability to effectively triage, prioritize, and resolve reported issues. It may lead to confusion, duplicated efforts, or incomplete problem descriptions, ultimately slowing down our development process. Therefore, resolving this issue is crucial for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our project.
