OpenMeter Version

1.0.0

Expected Behavior

Able to create (or update) meter without restart self hosted server.
Or support create (or update) meter by rest API

Actual Behavior

In self hosted OperMeter, after updated config file, we need restart openmeter server for apply changes.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. In linux, clone project. Run OpenMeter by followup quick start guide https://github.com/openmeterio/openmeter/tree/main/quickstart
  2. update config.yaml
  3. apply config by docker compose restart

Additional Information

OpenMeter will be interrupted while restarting.
