[Composer] Pre-fill View Options

Some View configuration options could be pre-filled using information from the SWE Common data stream description.

For instance, by default the name of the data series and the axis labels on the chart view can be auto-generated using SWE Common component labels and units of measure.

However we should always give the user the choice to override these default settings.
