Fix "Tasks not done" status on family register list page #336

Please reference this original issue: #72

Steps to replicate:

Log in and find a family with 1 or more tasks due (make sure none of the tasks are PNC visits, since they don't allow a task not done status)
Open the family and go to the profile of each family member who has a task due
Mark the tasks as not done
Back on the family register list page, the status changes to "Tasks done" when it should change to the yellow "Tasks not done" status.

Let's please also add these phrases to Transifex, so that in the next app update, we can add the French translations to these.
