PNC icon is pixelated and cropped

See below. I had assumed the avatar was getting cropped because of the thick circle outline around it, but after reducing this (#397), it is still cropped too much. See the below avatar. You should be able to see all of it on the profile picture. Also, it is appearing pixelated now.

• Make sure avatar is not cropped
• Fix the pixelation

Note that we may need to resize the avatar dimensions in PNC register to accommodate this, because it is not perfectly circular. Either that or @rowo could maybe re-design this as a more circular option.
