gitee 代码服务当打开为docx 文件时报错
https://github.com/opensumi/codeblitz/blob/main/packages/code-api/src/gitee/gitee.service.ts#L229 此处判断问题 docx文件encoding 为base64 atob 转换后经 decodeURIComponent 报错
解决方式可以增加 try cache 捕获具体错误
