If nodes in the testbed are busy and after N (12?) retries experiment-provisioner does not succeed in launching an experiment, it will output fail. However, the IoT-lab experiment state remains waiting meaning that it will eventually launch the experiment. experiment-provisioner should properly clean up the state on the testbed after failure for the next experiment to be ready to launch.
