Finalizing your subteam’s roadmap before the year-end review meeting is essential as it will guide our focus areas for 2025 and ensure alignment across the marketing team. Description of the task
Hi team leads @flavitacris, @erioc & @comfy96, & @emmanuellabubakar. Per today’s strategy meeting, Please use this status tracker and the PR roadmap document to create a 2025 roadmap for each subteam within the marketing team to ensure that we are all working towards achieving the same goals as a team.
One of them is to increase our followers to 10,000 on Linkedin, then 1,000 more followers each on other social media platforms.
Get more donation campaigns out there (showcase more impact use UGC &
Scout for marketing partnerships with other organizations and individuals (that are not our direct competitors) and leverage their audience. E.g Try the Oppia app with me UGC.
Conversion to website/app/email signups.
