Describe the bug

Users have reported correct answers being marked as wrong, and these are only on the Portuguese version of the app.

I was studying when they asked I answered since the answer was already in the text but it was saying it was wrong I researched and my answer was right but it said it was wrong and wrong and this kept happening all the time I hated it

You learn a lot But when you give the right answer you say it's wrong ★★

I found errors in the text that lead the user to make incorrect answers that seem correct to them, but in the application they seem to be wrong. Furthermore, when you get questions wrong, you would have a way to choose whether or not you want to go back to the explanations because having to redo everything is extremely annoying and tiring, but the app is good.

Steps To Reproduce

Needs investigation and updating the repro steps.

Expected Behavior

I expect a correct classification when I enter a correct answer.
