fmw_inst code blocks needed

In the README.md for fmw_inst the sections: Recipe soa_suite, Recipe service_bus and Recipe mft have great code blocks to highlight usage, however the following sections: Recipe jrf, Recipe webcenter, and Recipe OIM don't have the same code blocks and are hard to read. Can that be fixed?
