Hello, there is an issue when using a USB to SATA cable with an SSD where U-Boot will encounter a warning and hang. This has been previously discussed Joshua-Riek/ubuntu-rockchip#131.

Yeah. I have the same issue. Even I write the bootloader image, it depends on the sd card to boot from usb. The nice thing is that it works, but its kinda random. Sometimes the system boots from usb and sometimes from the sd card.

Wouldn't it work if you flash the image to the sd card? maybe then... But I don't wanna ruin my instalation haha
