gsoc is conducted by google whereas gssoc is conducted by girlscript foundation

so first of all GGSoc is 3 month long and GSoc is much longer and also GSoc is more for new and experienced contributors and GGSoc is more for students who want to be contributor.GSoc has more of real life problems. But both deal with open source.
