Description of issue

We've been unable to run or dry-run the brew bump-formula-pr step. We've not made any changes recently to our configuration, and we're getting an error like:

Error: Unable to open pull request: Validation Failed: [{"resource"=>"PullRequest", "field"=>"head", "code"=>"invalid"}]!
Error: Kernel.exit

I can provide more info if it helps, as well.

Anyone have any thoughts on where we might start digging next? I can't find much online or in the issues here or in homebrew-core. Thank you!

Looks your command does not have error message output, we have seen such error as below before

 Validation Failed: [{“message”=>“The listed users and repositories cannot be searched either because the resources do not exist or you do not have permission to view them.“, “resource”=>“Search”, “field”=>“q”, “code”=>“invalid”}]

That is more related to the github API token issue.
