It appears that the org rename may have logged people out of GitLive, if you were logged in with an extension in your editor (eg vscode).
If you are not aware of what GitLive is, it is installed and enabled for all repositories in our org and enables screen sharing for pair programming or other consultations. LiveShare is another thing we could look at, but as I type this, GitLive is installed and the experience with it thus far has been reasonable.
