With such little info we cannot really help. In Wasabi, incoming transactions show up after confirmation. (or when Wasabi is online during the moment of the tx being sent) |

to another wallet? then it is a problem with the receiving wallet

Here you can see that the address received the bitcoin you have sent: As Marnix stated above the transaction didn't show up on the receiving wallet, so you should check on that wallet, this is not a Wasabi issue.
Close Wasabi (from the tray icon) and start it again, and if you still don't see that self-transfer you can try resyncing your wallet: |

As Marnix stated above the transaction didn't show up on the receiving wallet, so you should check that.

that is the address that was given to me i copied and pasted it i do know why they are acting like they didnt get it

Confirm the address again with them and if it is the same tell them to check any block explorer.
