The Telegram Channel should be opened because many people formerly using Twitter have switched over to Telegram (for various reasons). We will use the channel to announce our blogposts, updates, etc like we have been doing on Twitter and Reddit. The Telegram Group can remain as is. If we want to redirect everyone to a preferred site for user support, then we can appoint a Wasabi King of Telegram for this task. |

The Wasabi Telegram Group is full of scammers and the suggestion has been made to create a Telegram Channel instead.
Telegram Group = Functions like a forum where anyone can submit comments, questions, etc.
Telegram Channel = Functions like a fan page where Wasabi can submit anything, but nobody else can comment.
