Brief intro

1. We have finished the left part of the picture, and the new user can request a 1DB3 token from the faucet and deposit it to the DB3 account as credits so that in future consumption.
   

2. DB3.js now could be used to develop the whole CURD process with DB3 Network.

3. DB3 CLI could update doc and run simple query.
