Prerequisites
What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..
There has been a problem on my site with false users propagating. External anti-malware analysts have searched the site and requested SSH access, but SSH was not able to be granted by Elementor Hosting. The anti-malware services stated that with SSH access, they could more thoroughly analyze the site to diagnosed root cause, as there was no determination of a diagnosis for the problem with SFTP-only access granted. Ultimately, the problem still persists on my site.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Granting command execution via SSH access to Elementor-hosted sites.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
I've tried granting SFTP access.
Additional context
Elementor wrote to me: "SSH provides system-level access to execute commands directly on the server, enabling deeper troubleshooting capabilities compared to SFTP, which only allows file transfers. While SFTP is sufficient for many diagnostic tasks, SSH can be useful for addressing complex problems such as those caused by malicious code generating fake users. Unfortunately, Elementor Hosting does not offer SSH access to ensure the security and stability of all hosted sites.
Elementor has also logged this request internally as a feature suggestion for the development team, and suggested to list the request here to amplify.
