Thanks again for reporting this one. This will eventually happen as part of a "media library" with full search and filtering. |

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you scan for new plugins, you have to then go and remove the ones you don't want again. For example, it's common that the same plugin is installed in AU, VST and VST3, which makes them show up 3 times in the interface. Usually people would prefer one type over another, so they will remove the others. But this curating work gets wiped out when you scan for a new plugin.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an enable/disable checkbox for each item in the plugin manager and make the state of those checkboxes persist even when scanning for new plugins. This will make it easy to retain curation efforts when scanning for new plugins.
Describe alternatives you've considered
You could also add a favorite instead, which could make a short list of the ones the user prefers, but this still has the problem of removed plugins reappearing after scan. A favorite list would be a useful feature in combination with an enable/disable checkbox though.
